What we plan to cover in the final policy
In the Acnetic app, photos you take are used to generate your skin analysis and reports. Your account email is used to manage your subscription and communicate with you. The final policy will state in plain language: exactly which data is collected (selfies, skin reports, tracking logs, account data), how long each is stored, whether photos are stored or processed transiently, who can access it, and how to request deletion of everything.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you likely have rights to access, export, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to privacy@acnetic.app.
